I’m Joint Director of Lizzie’s Food Factory in Sussex. We’re a family business and we manufacture food. My husband and I have been running the business for over 25 years and due to business growth and restructuring, we decided we were going to look for a managing director and right from the start we found the process very useful. The video interviews were particularly good because we didn’t have to put a lot of time aside for interviews, we are short of time obviously running our own business.
