I think what sets PWS apart from any of the other agencies that we’ve used in the past is the system that they have.
The things I liked most about it were the video interviews that were done before we spoke to any of the candidates. So David uploaded a short video interview that he did with the candidate which we could have a look through. We’d get a feel for the person, see what they’re like, see how we feel that they fit into the business. And the online CVs that are on there.
So everything’s just online, it’s all in 1 place. We were able to select interviews on there as well to get the guys in for the interview process. So yeah, I think the system that they use is far different from anything that we’ve seen in the past. The overall experience working with PWS was great.
