We needed to recruit a new managing director for the business as part of our succession planning for the future. The job was very difficult to fill last time and on this occasion, we have decided to work with Terry to find our new Managing Director.

The process started with a cold mail shot from Terry, which was unusual because I responded to it, but I’m very pleased I did. Terry has found us some excellent candidates from the whole length and breadth of the United Kingdom and we drew a short list up of 6 people, all of whom were of an excellent standard. The standard of candidate that Terry presented meant that we could have selected anyone of the candidates, but what we’d looked for was the person who was the best fit for the business. We were extremely pleased with the way Terry has conducted the business, the timescale, the feedback and I repeat the level of the candidate that he offered.
