At Prime Workforce Solutions, we believe in challenging the status quo of the recruitment sector by offering pricing transparency. Our core values, including integrity and customer excellence, drive us to ensure that all our partnered companies pay the same fee percentage and have a clear breakdown of their payments. Retained Recruitment assignment cost (per assignment)

17.5% of base salary

No hidden costs, we bill our assignment percentage based on base salary only. Our retained proposal requires this to be spread across three payments at different stages of the process:

Assignment approval

After your initial call and company visit, if our retained service is deemed the right solution for your recruitment needs, your dedicated recruitment partner will present a tailored digital proposal outlining clear timelines and costs. Once the proposal is approved and returned we will get to work.

25% of Project Fee

Shortlist Acceptance

You will receive a comprehensive shortlist that includes the candidate’s CV and video interview. Once you review the shortlist and we proceed to arrange interviews, the shortlist fee will be due for payment. We only expect payment when you are completely satisfied with the selection.

25% of Project Fee

Assignment completion

After the recruitment process is complete and a start date is confirmed with the suitable candidate, the assignment completion fee is due when the candidate starts the role.

We are proud to have a 100% success rate on all our retained recruitment campaigns.

I’ve known Terry Mallin for several years through our mutual interest in salmon fishing. When Pryme Group, where I’m chairman, was looking for a new CEO, The principal shareholder turned to the conventional recruitment houses but I thought it was probably worth giving Terry a go.

True to form Terry was all over the case like a rash and he produced appropriate candidates having listened carefully to our requirements. Throughout the process he communicated very effectively. We chose our candidate. The individual is performing exceedingly well. We’re very happy. A good job done. It’s just a pity that Terry isn’t as good at catching salmon.
